What is Mikaelas?
We are an Asian food truck based in Las Vegas, NV created in 2023. Our dreams to pursue our food business dates back in the early 2000s as we were once a brick and mortar but had to close business due to complications. Now we are back and fired up to serve not only to our customers but to ourselves to make up for the time of our absence. We absolutely cannot wait to show you what we have to offer as this is only the beginning.
